Refund Policy
For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at info@nautilusglobal.co. All returns need to be done within 7 working days from the date of delivery with the return form and would be in the form of a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and stickers intact. Garments should be unworn and unwashed. We regret to inform that bikinis, swimwear and gift cards cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent via email in the form of a coupon code within 2 days. The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue for use on your next purchase. Store credits are to be utilised in a single transaction only and any balance credit amount will not be refunded in cash or credits. Store credits will not be applicable to postage/courier fees. Do note that store credit is non-extendable or transferable.

There will also be a processing fee of SGD5.00 that will be deducted off your store credits for each apparel returned.

If the items are defective or damaged, please take a photo of the defective area and send us an email at info@nautilusglobal.co.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
